Fit and sizing: product name, size considered, relevant measurements, intended layers or socks, and where the fit feels uncertain. Review Fit & Sizing first.

Product and care: product name, material or feature in question, and how you expect to use it. See Materials & Care for routine guidance.

Repair: product name, location of damage, how it occurred, whether use can continue safely, and any temporary action already taken. See Field Repair.

Shipping, returns, or order questions: the relevant order reference, item, and a concise description of the issue. Review Shipping & Returns before submitting.
