Shipping & Returns

Our premise

Order preparation and delivery

This page explains how shipping and returns are presented for Forward orders. The options, cost, and delivery estimate shown during checkout are the current source of information for the destination and items in your cart. If checkout does not offer a shipping option, use the existing contact form before placing the order rather than assuming that service is available.

Orders are prepared within two business days. Delivery estimates appear at checkout and begin from the timing represented there; they are estimates rather than a promise of arrival on a particular day. Review the destination and selected option carefully before completing checkout. Product availability and the shipping details shown in the order flow determine what can be submitted.

After an order has been submitted, use the contact form promptly if you notice incorrect order or destination information. A requested change may not be possible once preparation has progressed. Do not submit payment or personal order details anywhere except the storefront checkout and the existing contact form.

Starting a return

Unused items may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Use the contact form before sending anything back so the order and item can be identified and the appropriate next step can be explained. Include the relevant order reference, the item, and a concise reason for the request in the form. Do not post an item to an address found outside the approved return instructions.

Keep the item unused and in original condition while the request is reviewed.

Retain the product packaging and components that arrived with it.

Pack the item so it is protected during return transit.

Follow the instructions provided for that specific request rather than assuming every return follows the same route.

Submitting the form records a request; it does not replace the condition check. Any applicable return route, shipping step, and outcome should be confirmed through the response to that request. This page does not add terms beyond the current store setup or any policy presented during checkout.

Used, worn, damaged, or incorrect items

Contact support through the existing form before returning worn footwear or equipment with field damage. Explain whether the concern was visible on arrival, appeared during fitting, or developed during use. Clear context helps distinguish a shipping or order issue from fit, maintenance, or repair. If helpful, prepare photographs, but submit only what the form and follow-up instructions request.

Do not clean, glue, sew, cut, or otherwise alter an item that arrived damaged or incorrect before asking what to do. For damage that occurred during use, consult Field Repair for safe stabilization guidance, then describe the temporary steps taken. For uncertainty about normal care or material behavior, review Materials & Care.

Fit questions before field use

Try apparel and footwear in a clean indoor setting with the layers or socks you expect to use. Load packs gradually and keep them clean while assessing torso position, strap range, and access. The practical checks in Fit & Sizing can help identify an obvious mismatch before the product is used outdoors.

If you are unsure whether an item remains eligible for return, pause use and submit the contact form. Give the product name, size or color where relevant, the order reference, and the specific condition of the item. Avoid including unnecessary personal information. The response to the request can then address the available next step without this demo page inventing a channel, address, fee, or legal commitment that is not part of the store's current settings.
