Scree Approach Shoe

The Scree Approach Shoe is a precise, low-profile shoe for rocky approaches, mixed trail, and technical transitions. A close-fitting forefoot and firm edging platform provide control on small footholds, while the heel remains secure on uneven descents.

The abrasion-resistant upper balances protection with enough flex for sustained walking. A full rubber rand shields high-contact areas, and the outsole combines a smooth climbing zone at the toe with directional lugs through the midfoot and heel for dependable traction on dirt and broken rock.

Lacing extends toward the toe for fine fit adjustment when terrain becomes more exacting. The shoe is intended for close control rather than plush cushioning; choose the size that secures the heel and forefoot without compressing the toes during longer approaches.

Recommended use

• Remove the footbeds and laces, then brush away dry dirt. Hand wash with cool water, mild soap, and a soft brush; rinse without soaking for extended periods.
• Air dry at room temperature with the tongue open. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or place near a heater. Store clean and dry away from direct sunlight.

Laces and footbeds are replaceable; repairable bonding failures are assessed by the repair desk.
